Fantasy Orchestra Xmas after-party at Ruth’s (11 Somerset Terrace, BS3 4LL, close to the church) with DJ Ole, garden fire and fun.
16:00 - Access for Orchestra to church via side door
Set list - as on Forum (previous post)
Dress code - Mexican, Spanish, festive
Green room - As last year
Sound check - 18:00 - 18:30
Start time - 19:30
Performance - 2 x 45 min sets + 30min interval
Finish & clear up - 21.30 (Lucy organising small team of helpers)
Out by - 22.00

The party is BYO drinks, and please contribute a plate of finger food (avoiding use of oven unless you want to work our how to use it - thanks)
You’re welcome to rock up at Ruth’s before the gig to drop off drink and food contributions.
There's a corner shop (happy shopper range food-wise, corner shop drink prices) that's open til 8pm at the junction of Windmill Hill & Gwillian Street.
Asda is 24 hours on Bedminster Parade, opposite Philip St (site of Windmill Hill City Farm). 75 & 76 buses stop close by.
