Wotton Festival 19th April

Post by stephviolin »

Here are some details to get going with:
Wotton Arts Festival is a little annual festival based in Wotton-Under-Edge, it goes on for a couple of weeks and has lots of different things e.g. films, art exhibition, talks: http://www.wottonartsfestival.org.uk/ And it's run by mine and Greg the horn's dad, this is the last one he's doing and he wants us to finish it in style!

We're booked to play on Sunday April 19th at The Baptist Church, Rope Walk from 3.00 pm - 5pm approx (finish time and getin tbc).
https://goo.gl/maps/swxEJ13GAFs3Thtu9 It's about a 25 min drive up the M5 (not far from Dursley/Uley). There should be plenty of parking in Symn Lane car park which is about a 5 minute walk (should be fine to drop off heavy stuff directly outside, it's down the end of a little lane).

Provisional setlist as follows, a mix of seasonal stuff and a few old faves:
The-good-the-bad-the-ugly/
The-Maypole-Song/
The-Sound-Of-Music/
Les-Fleurs/
Moonriver/
Strawberry-Fields/
02-Daydreaming/
Anthem/
Festival/
Sumer-Is-ICumin-In/
River-Man/
Starman/
A-Foggy-Day(Sun-Ra)/

Also if we've got enough strings there's the possibility of reprising Bo Rhap as a string thing which we did at St Georges a while back.

More to follow
