gig roles check list

we need these roles filled every show:

musical director -
choir leader -
transport coordination -
treasurer - collects the cash, doles out expenses fees etc
lost property - last to leave venue, takes all lost property with them. -
chairman - arrives with names and set lists pre-printed and sets out chairs -
Chief Whip - gets there early and tells everyone whats going on. runs around alot
props and fancy dress spares - makes sure everyone has costumes and miscellaneous props like wineglasses/ kazzoos etc
aftershow party co-ordinator - ensures theres somewhere to roll onto after
info desk team (4 person relay)- sets up desk front of venue with fantasy orchestra info and email list. meets and greets the public, recruits new members. sells CDs, badges and t-shirts.
health and safety - qualified st johns ambulance medic
