Hi all!

I've just spent a frustrating hour attempting to construct a Doodle poll that would ask you four very simple questions regarding the Valley Fest gig on Sat 4th August, all to no avail.

Given that not everyone uses the Facebook group, and that we need to submit our Accreditation Form by this Wednesday (18/07), hopefully this will be the best way to compile responses!

If you've filled out the Valley Fest option on the old Summer Gigs Doodle Poll (https://doodle.com/poll/mp6yzmnx67afknvf#table) I'll assume that you're just turning up on Saturday for the gig and only require a Day Pass.

If you've responded to my recent message on Facebook for Plus-Ones and added extra names to the poll, I will assume that you would all like to stay and camp for the whole weekend.

If you've asked me in person for a weekend ticket, I will add your name/s to the list.

If you've done none of the above but want a weekend pass for yourself (and any other children/partners/homunculi/etc), please speak now or forever grow peas.

We have no idea how many tickets we can request so I'll test the waters and update this thread as facts become known.

Weekend passes will be prioritised for family groups.

Any regrettable tattoos accrued throughout the festival are not the responsibility of the Bristol Fantasy Orchestra.

If enough tix then yes please for Sam, Jimmy & Edie, but any will be great if possible & we can buy 1 or 2 if needed

I think I missed a notice at some point, so not sure what I've filled, where.. but if there are weekend camping tickets going I'd love to come along with Olmo and Olea.
If we can't get camping tickets, then I'd like them both to come on the Sat..

Otherwise I'll happily provide you with bloody Marys in the campsite

If it's possible to camp for the weekend, then yes please.
If not, then Saturday passes for me and Martin would be great.

Hi everyone!

Sorry that you weren't all able to log in and add your names to the camping list - hopefully I received all the requests via other channels.

Here are the names submitted, weekend camping pass requests at the top (I don't know how many we will be offered yet, so if it's fewer than 36 I'll have to go through the list again!).

Apologies if I've misspelled your name (or got it completely wrong - many of the Doodle Poll entries didn't have surnames attached) or you wanted a weekend pass.

UPDATE!!!

We've been allocated 50 tickets (adults and children).

So, unfortunately, I've had to scrub all of the adult plus-one tickets from the list.
If they would like to volunteer as festival helpers for a ticket (bar work/stewarding etc), it looks like that might still be possible:

A few people have backed out so we're down to 60 - we still need to bring this number down by ten!

Please let me know if you don't mind missing this one - your sacrifice will be noted and you'll go to the top of the list for our next desirable ticketed gig!
