Arrival: Please head to the address and follow signs to the car park. The gate used in previous years for load in will be completely shut off this year for entry or load in. All artists must enter via the car park and box office. Artist transport will be available during box office hours to move gear on and off site. This is at the request of the council to avoid congestion on Stoneheap Road.
The parking is very convenient, 500 metres from car-park to box office. There will be no parking on site at the festival.
Box Office Hours: Thursday 3-8pm, Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-7pm. Please aim to arrive within these hours, if you need to arrive later, please let Stewart/Megan know and you will be put on a late list. Without this the security won’t let you in.

Artist Liaison: Stewart Hughes, 07821 943 865/stewart@smugglersrecords.com, Megan Johnson, 07557 401416/megan@smugglersrecords.com, or Phil Self on 07799 870 568
Sound Team: John Evans (Main Stage), emailjohnevans@yahoo.co.uk, 07561 565 009. Will Rose (End Stage), will@lightningsound.co.uk, 07828 015 678.
Camping: There is no separate camping area for artists. There are no spaces for live in vehicles on site, but they can make camp in the car park so long as they are quiet - please let us know if you are bringing a live-in vehicle so we can register it. The weather is generally good, but please bring a variety of clothing and warm sleeping materials.
Guests: Due to being a very small festival we can’t offer free guests for the weekend. We offer ½ price weekend/day tickets. £55 weekend, £20 (Fri), £20 (Sat) and £15 (Sun). 1 per band member
