What to bring:
Own eating and drinking utensils
- facemasks (as many as you can)
- hand sanitizer
-Tents, sleeping bags
-Bike bag or something to wrap it in if demonting for train
-mosquito spray
-first aid kit, tick removal tool
- head torch (is good for night reading music)
-warm clothes for evening
- earplugs (3m may not be far enough)

Take with you while cycling
-plate, knife, fork spoon, cup
-Water bottles
- waterproof mac,
-puncture repair kit, pump and a few tools, sunscreen,
-swimming costume, small towel, sun hat,
Bike lights and/ or camping light
Spare phone battery (can be useful for navigation)

Contribution towards trip = 30€

Give bike a quick check. Esp tyres and tyre walls. Make sure all gears work. Make a note of anything needs doing we can prob sort it on tour

Covid-times guidelines
Camping
Fais le coude pas les bises. Be aware of other people's boundaries. They may be different to yours.
Bring hand sanitizer and use frequently
Avoid touching other people’s stuff unless given explicit consent
Try to have as much of your own equipment as possible - to avoid borrowing from others
Bring a mask and and remember to wear at any time indoors
Tents at least 3m away from each other
Use own utensils (and do your own washing up)


Within vehicles
masks to be worn unless agreed in advance with all passengers
Windows open as much as possible
No petting! unless agreed by all passengers

Performances
Take up more space! Everyone to be at least a metre apart (unless special cases)
Lead vocalists to either not mind sharing the mic or to bring own or own mic cover
Wind instruments to carry own spit jar (to season evening meal)

Contact with outside world
Wear masks indoors (obligatory anyway)
Sanitize hands before and after going inside shops
Use credit cards rather than cash if possible
Do your best to avoid crowds and crowded spots

We’ll be acting more like a family unit than a bunch of random strangers so will need to stay in touch and be ready and prepared to isolate AFTER the tour

If you notice any covid-linked symptoms before or during the tour, we will regretfully and respectfully ask you to sit this one out or leave the tour as soon as possible. We’ll help you figure out travel and other steps if necessary.
