PRISTON REHEARSAL
There will be a rehearsal at Priston at 1pm on Saturday. For directions on how to get there etc., please see the previous email sent Monday.

TIMINGS
For those not rehearsing at Priston please arrive at Bishops Palace in Wells by 4pm for a 5pm start. We should be done by 6pm at the latest.

PARKING
The closest car park is called Palace Fields and is just round the corner from the venue. It costs £4 all day - unfortunately there is very little free parking in Wells. The closest free car park is Morrisons which is a bit further away so not necessarily ideal for carrying larger instruments. You are allowed to park there for 3 hours for free.

COVID RESTRICTIONS
Participants to provide all personal instruments, equipment, music stands, water bottles and snacks they may require. Chairs will be provided on site and cleaned between each performance.

Participants to arrive already changed in concert dress if possible.

There will be quick turnarounds between concerts and there must only be one group on the performance area at any one time: please do not enter performance area to set up until preceding group has cleared and please clear the performance area as quickly as possible after your performance.

Participants will need to declare they have no Covid symptoms and have not come into contact with anybody suffering from Covid in the past 7 days (see enclosed sheet). Nobody showing any symptoms of Covid will be allowed to attend and contact details of those attending will be kept for 21 days following the event for track & trace purposes.

Please sanitise your hands at stations provided on arrival in workshop venues and green rooms.

Chairs will be positioned for all adult performing groups at a social distance of 2m (in 2 rows). They may be moved as best suited for each group but please respect the social distancing guidelines.

Masks must be worn in all indoor areas. Musicians may choose to wear them or not when you perform.

A one-way system will be in operation in indoor venues – please ensure the signs are respected. All indoor locations will be ventilated as much as possible.

Participating groups are not to mingle with other groups. Participants are welcome to watch other groups’ concerts in designated areas and maintaining a social distance from other audience members at all times.

Lead singers if possible please bring your own microphones. Also, if anyone else has a vocal mic they wouldn't mind someone borrowing, please bring it.

SETLIST
Dance of the Knights
Aqua Marina
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Moonage Daydream
Deep Night
I Could Have Danced All Night
Third Stone from the Sun
Final Moments
Una Sera
Sound and Vision

DRESS
There is no dress code for this one, just as colourful, surreal and fantasian as you like!

WEATHER
Gazebos are being provided for performers in case of rain, but I've been told we are one of the larger ensembles so might not all fit. CHOIR PLEASE BRING UMBRELLAS so that we can prioritise protecting instruments.

TICKETS
We are able to get cheap tickets for friends and family at £8/adult or £4/child. If you would like to take advantage of this, please email the names of the attendees who will be using the tickets to samhayler@hotmail.com BY THURSDAY EVENING AT THE LATEST.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
