When - Saturday 29th April. Setup from 18:00. First Set 20:00. Second set 21.30 (Approx)

Where - Yarlington, Somerset BA9 8DN ( Camping ) BA9 8DG ( Festival )

What - We're the Saturday night act at a small village festival, so our brief is to entertain and get them dancing. There's plenty going on for us to get involved with, from ballroom dancing for beginners on Friday, to a series of vocal workshops leading to an abbreviated version of Bizet's Carmen on Sunday. There's food and a bar, plus the local pub. There's a copy of the running order below and there should be some actual flyers at rehearsal

Getting There -

Car - A37 -> A371 turn right 2.9 miles from Castle Cary Station. (Yes, it really is called Shatwell Lane....)
Train - Direct from Bristol to Castle Cary. Then we can help to arrange a lift
Bike - Best option probably by train to Castle Cary, then back roads to Yarlington ( c. 6 miles )

Camping
We are invited to camp overnight on Fri/Sat/Sun. There's a flat field, toilet, and a small kitchen with power to boil kettles etc. We can have a fire, and there's a swimming hole for the wild swimmers among us. It's next to our hosts' residence, so bear that in mind. Small campervans ( Veedub sized) will be fine
