Itinerary for Friday's gig

> 4.00 Load-in to St James - Ole & Jesse to set up the PA
> 4.15 Rhythm section and percussion to set up on the stage
> 4.30 Orchestra and choir soundcheck/rehearsal/trial stage-load
> 5.20 GL choir muster in the stalls
> 5.35 to 5.55 joint rehearsal
> 5.55 Orch clears stage
> 6pm GL rehearsal before doors open at 7pm

> 7pm bar & doors opens
> 7.30 GL on stage and sing
> 8.00 FO on stage with instruments
> 8.05 FO set
> 8.30 joint song (GL from front and aisles)
>
> INTERVAL and bar
> (FO temporarily remove instruments and chairs again)
>
> 9.00 GL on stage
> 9.25 FO on stage
> 9.30 FO set
> 9.55 joint songs
> 10 - 10.30 bar

Logistically, loading all of our stuff on stage while the audience wait is going to be a bit tricky.
Maybe we can try doing it once in the rehearsal to time it?

The drums, percussion and amps will remain in place on the altar but ALL OTHER GEAR WILL HAVE TO BE BROUGHT ONSTAGE IN THE HANDOVER!

That will include chairs (for the strings and woodwinds), music, stands, water bottles, instruments, mic stands and the monitor speaker.

For the GL sets, we will be sat to one side of the stage WITH ALL OUR GEAR READY TO GO!

Please think in terms of having as little gear with you as possible and keeping music and drinks in a bag on your person until you're in position to perform. Or pre-attaching scores to stands with magnets/clothespegs etc.

All music cases to be left in the green room.

I've enquired about parking allocation for the percussionists too.

FYI Equipment can be left at the venue overnight (hopefully locked inside the green room) and the PA will remain onstage.
