3.15pm FO arrive to set up/sound check/ rehearse
4.15pm Gurt Lush arrive, take seats
4.30pm Nuestra Navidad rehearsal
6.30pm Gurt Lush rehearsal
7pm Doors open
7.30 Concert starts
8.20 Interval
8.40 Second half
9.50 pm Concert ends, instruments stored/church pews put back
10.40 Bar closes
11pm Close church
Sunday 8th
1.30 Church -Stewards move pews/ FO arrive and set up/ bar set up
1.30 Hall - Gurt Lush assembles for quick carol rehearsal
2pm Gurt Lush into church
2.10pm Nuestra Navidad rehearsal
3pm Doors open
3.30 concert starts
4.20 Interval
4.40 Second half
5.50 Concert ends
Clear up/remove instruments/ church pews put back
6.15pm Bar closes and pack up and leave by 6.30pm.
FACILITIES - important!
We do not have use of the Hall and toilets for most of the weekend. There are NO changing facilities so please arrive performance ready.
There will be 2 Portaloos in the Car Park with lighting and hand sanitizer - but it will be fairly dark in the car park so be prepared to use your phone torches to get to them.
There is an accessible toilet in the church for performers who need this, and for the audience during the performance.

Location and parking
Both gigs are at St Alban's Church, Westbury Park BS6 7NU. St Alban’s is at the corner of Bayswater Avenue and Coldharbour Road. It's on a residential street, albeit not in a residents parking zone, so if you drive, you'll need to take your chances on the roads nearby, We are waiting on information for dropping off larger instruments.
