Make-up - lots of it will be required and full fancy dress. there are locker rooms downstairs somewhere we can use to change in.
Tickets - The event is long sold out and guest list full so anyone you desperately want to help get in has to be in the orch or choir ... or "be in the orchestra or choir" - they'd have to arrive when we do. They then could help with make-up and documenting the event.
Refreshments - not sure, we'll bring some fizzy water purchased from orchestra funds. no drinking alcohol anyone until after the performance obviously.
